out of the loop
August 12, 2011coming back and re-settling in can be a pain. you find that things are not as they were and that, in fact, much has changed. you find that you cannot just insert yourself into people’s lives and expect them to adjust their dynamics to accomodate you. you realise that you have to be mindful and to tread carefully. because then you can be left out of the loop… and that hurts.
